A celebrant, on the other hand, creates a completely bespoke ceremony with no restrictions, allowing you to personalise every aspect of your special day.

No, a celebrant-led wedding isn’t legally binding in the UK. Most couples complete the legal paperwork separately at a registry office, leaving them free to have the wedding ceremony they truly want, without restrictions on wording, location, or format.

I am based in London and happy to travel a couple of hours outside the city. For locations further afield, I’m happy to discuss travel and accommodation arrangements, which may incur an additional fee.

Yes! Some couples find a rehearsal helpful to ease nerves and run through the key moments. It’s entirely up to you.
